I am pretty sure I will get very turned around living in Pittsburgh, luckily my phone has a nice GPS on it and I will be able to find my way home when I get lost. I have always been able to look at the mountains and know what direction I am facing, but there are no mountains only hills. It is so green and beautiful right now. I am skeptical about how bad the winters are. I am pretty sure I have been through my fair share of cold winters and feel like I'll be ok, and if it's too cold I'll just stay inside. We move out there in just less than a month. I am excited to start this new adventure.
I get super turned around in Madison for the same reason--no mountains!! What's with that? So did you find a good apartment?
ReplyDeleteWe found an apartment that we are really excited about, everything in Pittsburgh is really old, but this one is more updated. It's a little small, only one bedroom, but we'll make it work. We can put the baby in a closet or something.
